Road Closure Notification

 

We have been advised by Gloucestershire County Council that Severn Trent Water are going to repair/replace defective frame and cover.

 

Location of closure:

Charlton Lane, Cheltenham

 

Road closed from:

07:00 on Monday 12^th January 2026

 

Road closed until:

17:00 on Monday 12^th January 2026

 

Diversionary route:

This service will travel in both directions between Bafford Approach and Old Bath Road via Sandy Lane, Highland Road, Parkland Road, Littledown Road, Southfield Approach and Everest Road.

 

We are unable to serve the following bus stops:

• Greenhill Road (Sandy Lane) – AM journey

• Sandy Lane (Greenhills Road) – PM journey

 

Your nearest bus stop is located at:

• 07:57 Bafford Approach (opposite Stockton Close) or 08:01 Old Bath Road (Mead Road) – AM journey

• 16:12 Old Bath Road (opposite Mead Road) or 16:15 Bafford Approach (Stockton Close)
